Our Firm’s Status
The firm is fully computerized, both for provision of investigation services and a day to day efficient running of the firm. Computerization of the firm has enabled it of efficiency follow up files and keeps in touch with clients.
Charging Structure
The firm charges are always pegged on the nature of investigation services rendered. Charges are dependent on the client’s choices and scale fees under the Auctioneers Act Cap No. 5 Laws of Kenya fee is however subject to negotiation.
In House Lawyer
The firm as a matter of policy and practice works closely with its corporate client’s internal lawyers and provides written opinion and files statutes reports promptly upon request.
Representation in Other Location
The firm’s jurisdiction is not limited to the specified areas; we are able to handle matters across the country mostly when they include repossessions, debt collection, realization of securities, sales and managements of properties.
Professional Indemnity Cover
The firm’s current policy is from AMACO Assurance Company Ltd. Against professional misconduct, criminal or otherwise, in discharge of duties, losses charges and damages which may occur during performances of any tasks by us and or our staff, the policy can and may be increased to suit our client’s requirements if the need arises.
